Makes 1 martini.
1 cup crushed ice 4 capers2 ½ ounces tsipouro½ ounce dry vermouth½ ounce caper brine from the jar1 caper berry with stem
Place the ice cubes and capers in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, muddle the capers and ice until they are both crushed well. Add the tsipouro, vermouth and caper brine and shake well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass. Garnish with a caperberry.
