Must Be 21 Strawberry Milkshake
Serves 6
Ingredients
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups strawberry ice cream
½ cup Crème de Cassis
3 tablespoons aged balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup prosecco
Large pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place the strawberries in a high-speed blender and puree until completely smooth. Add the ice cream, Crème de Cassis, balsamic, honey, prosecco and pulse just until smooth.
Pour into glasses and crack some black pepper onto the top
