Salt Block Ribeye
Place the salt block on low heat either on your grill, gas, or electric stove for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, raise the temperature to medium heat for 15 minutes. After15 minutes, raise the temperature to medium-high for 15 minutes.
Place the steak on the hot salt block and cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side, depending upon the thickness of the steak. Remove from the salt block and let rest, loosely covered with foil, for 5 to 10 minutes.
Slice and serve sprinkled with Maldon salt.
