I discovered this refreshing Alabama drink during my last Culinary Journey in the Cinque Terre region of Italy. This might be my new favorite cocktail!
Serves one.
ice cubes4 ounces chilled Proseccosplash St. Germain liqueursplash Chilled club soda or seltzer waterLimes1 handful fresh mint leaves
In a large wine glass, muddle together, 4 mint leaves with a few pieces of lime, add ice and a shot of st Germaine then fill w prosecco. Top w a spritz of soda water. I like to add fresh berries and piece of mint to garnish.
