Scrapbook - Culinary Journey to Provence

Our stay in Provence was magical—surrounded by lavender, olive trees, and fragrant flowers. We made Pan-Roasted Leg of Lamb with Garlic and Olives, Rustic Goat Cheese Galette, and a Crispy Pear Tart with Soft Cream. We learned the secret to a perfect crème brûlée, watched an organic bread baking demonstration, tasted wines at Chateau Mont-Redon, and shopped for ingredients at the famous St. Remy outdoor market. We also enjoyed wine and olive oil tastings while relaxing at Blanche Fleur.
