Happy New Year everyone! I am jazzed for 2010 especially because I’ll be teaching in some of my favorite locations this year. In addition to my school in San Francisco, I will be teaching around Australia including in the famous Barossa and Clare Valley – (some of the most fantastic wines come from here!); in Chateauneuf de Gadagne in Provence, France; and in Strada in Chianti – the heart of Tuscany, Italy.
I realize most people start off a new year on a diet. After January the diet typically fails and we want to eat/make something delicious. That’s why I’ve scheduled my hands-on Rolling in Dough Weekend Cooking Course in San Francisco for February 5-7! Think how many dinner parties you’ll throw once you’ve learned how to expertly make pizzas, handmade pasta, and pastry in my kitchen. You will have so much fun cooking with me, your family and friends will thank you, and hey there’s always time to go to the gym while your pizza dough is rising!
Here are just a few tempting recipes from my Rolling in Dough weekend class menus:
- Pizza with Winter Squash, Bacon and Smoked Mozzarella
- Bagna Cauda – A Warm Italian Bath for Vegetables
- Roasted Parsnip and Carrot Soup with Spiced Crème Fraiche
- Handmade Egg Fettuccine with Wild Mushrooms
- Warm Chocolate, Cinnamon and Walnut Tart
- Pizza with Arugula and Shaved Parmesan Salad
- Braised Chicken with Winter Root Vegetables
- Herb-Rolled Pappardelle Pasta with Lemon and Brown Butter
- Concord Pear and Ginger Galette
As an added bonus you’ll receive a piece of Le Creuset’s new Tri-Ply stainless cookware.
Sign up for this course and come cook with me in San Francisco!
