I want to thank all of you for writing me such great emails. I love all the comments and questions about my new series ‘Joanne Weir’s Cooking Class’ on PBS. And I thank my lucky stars every day! I'm so grateful to have such loyal and enthusiastic students and supporters who love to cook my recipes at home! In these difficult economic times, many of you requested more budget-friendly recipes, and my Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Goat Cheese and Olives will hit the mark (not your wallet) and take less than 30 minutes to make. I have a really busy teaching schedule for the next several weeks but after that I’m looking forward to a teaching a very special hands-on Wine Country Cooking Crash Course weekend class in my kitchen. We’ll prepare recipes from my new cookbook and PBS series paired with lots of fantastic wines. And this summer I’m teaching a week-long hands-on course, Summer in San Francisco featuring my favorite height-of-summer recipes. And of course you all know that summer is one of my favorite times to cook!
